The Flacara Militari fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After having played for 7 minutes, Ciro Silvi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flacara Militari's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciro Silvi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 7 minutes, Franco Ranieri made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Villa United FC's Davide Giampietro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dante Indar in the 10th minute of play forced Villa United FC's goalkeeper Davide Giampietro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Flacara Militari's Ciro Silvi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Davide Giampietro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After having played for 22 minutes, Lars Axelsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flacara Militari's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lars Axelsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Villa United FC's zone, Ciro Silvi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Davide Giampietro came out of the goal and Ciro Silvi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Davide Giampietro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Avram Lucan, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Dante Indar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davide Giampietro having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciro Silvi in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Davide Giampietro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Villa United FC's Davide Giampietro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Avram Lucan in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Silvi in the 34th minute of play forced Villa United FC's goalkeeper Davide Giampietro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Avram Lucan scored 0-7 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Davide Giampietro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arrigo Taglieri made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Villa United FC got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Puja. Flacara Militari's Franco Ranieri got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 57th minute, Lars Axelsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Davide Giampietro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. After having played for 60 minutes, Dante Indar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flacara Militari's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dante Indar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Villa United FC's Arrigo Taglieri in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Flacara Militari's goalie prevented a goal. In the 66th minute, Lars Axelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Delfim Freitas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lars Axelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flacara Militari made a substitution. Filippo Passerini replaced Christian Hansson. After some careless play in the Villa United FC defense, Ciro Silvi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Davide Giampietro. The Villa United FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Davide Giampietro should have stopped the shot. Flacara Militari's Pepe Mellibosky was substituted for Avram Lucan. In the 81st minute, Ciro Silvi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 82nd match minute, Villa United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Puja to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute of the match Franco Ranieri sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Davide Giampietro skillfully saved the ball. Ciro Silvi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Davide Giampietro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Flacara Militari booed when Villa United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristoforo Marchegiani didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dante Indar came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Davide Giampietro could save by the left post. After 90 played minutes Villa United FC got a freekick which was hit by Enrico Giacchetti. In the 94th minute, Cristoforo Marchegiani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flacara Militari played a much better game than Villa United FC and deserved their victory. The Villa United FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
