Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Antonio Simonetti kicked off to start the match. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rock's goalkeeper Cesare Minotti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Antonio Simonetti received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ennio Granato came out and tried to block the shot, but Antonio Simonetti slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. Fausto Moriggi scored 1-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cesare Minotti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Redevil's Angelo Fabiani got a free kick in the 19th minute. Eugenio Circelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Eugenio Circelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dario Serafini got free with Ennio Granato in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Saip Sabeddin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Cesare Minotti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Domenico Rosi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ennio Granato. That made the score 2-1 in the 32 minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Redevil's goalkeeper Ennio Granato had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antonio Simonetti. If Alex Di Croce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute, Rock's Domenico Rosi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ennio Granato. Ennio Granato yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. In the 48th minute of the match Eugenio Circelli shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ennio Granato showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Saip Sabeddin to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Rock's zone, Fausto Moriggi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cesare Minotti came out of the goal and Fausto Moriggi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Saip Sabeddin struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Cesare Minotti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Redevil. Saip Sabeddin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesare Minotti having to interfere. A collision led to Rock getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Dario Serafini hit a great ball. Ettore Romanese hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Saip Sabeddin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesare Minotti having to interfere. 88 minutes in the game, Elia Valente fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Cesare Minotti having to interfere. If Elia Valente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute, Elia Valente got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Redevil defense, Antonio Simonetti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ennio Granato. The Redevil fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ennio Granato should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew the final whistle, Rock could leave the field as winners, despite Redevil having more of the ball for most of the match.
