But to his dismay, Carlo Pennetta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, Muradello's goal looked a bit too open when Carlo Pennetta came free, but Alex Battisti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Franco De Gregorio kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antonello Polito in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antonello Capasso saved TAYLOR from getting behind. In the 25th minute, Ciro Biavati hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Pennetta in the 28th minute of play forced Muradello's goalkeeper Alex Battisti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonello Capasso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anfilogino Formica to strike the kick off in the second half. When Ferdinando Cucci came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Muradello fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferdinando Cucci couldn't finish the play. Antonello Polito scored 1-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Antonello Capasso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antonello Polito in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antonello Capasso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Muradello fans cheered their team off the field, for while TAYLOR had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
