To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eraldo Persichetti hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute Ciccio Nazzari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Romanese saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ciccio Nazzari in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Romanese saved Liberal Party F.C. from getting behind. After having played for 27 minutes, Adam Inches managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Liberal Party F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Adam Inches was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When FataMorgana's Ciccio Nazzari in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Liberal Party F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. 33 minutes into the match, Liberal Party F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cosimo Cesare came free, but Armando Romanese reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The FataMorgana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Attilio Proia should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Inches in the 43rd minute of play forced FataMorgana's goalkeeper Attilio Proia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Ferraris hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Attilio Proia made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Adam Inches sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bruno Troiani made a kick off. After 51 minutes, Bruno Troiani made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. FataMorgana's Attilio Proia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Liberal Party F.C.'s Adam Inches got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Liberal Party F.C.'s Armando Romanese played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosimo Lucidi in the 57th minute of play. Attilio Proia came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Liberal Party F.C.'s Hıdır Mahçupyan. But to his dismay, Hıdır Mahçupyan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Attilio Proia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hıdır Mahçupyan, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 61 minutes into the game, Liberal Party F.C.'s Hıdır Mahçupyan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Attilio Proia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. The crowd rose to their feet as FataMorgana's Cosimo Lucidi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Armando Romanese. That made the score 5-1 after 64 minutes of play. Attilio Proia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Troiani in the 66th minute of play. After 70 played minutes Liberal Party F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Ferraris. A collision led to Liberal Party F.C. getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Eraldo Persichetti hit a great ball. In the 77thth minute of the game Bruno Troiani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FataMorgana's Attilio Proia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ciccio Nazzari in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Romanese saved Liberal Party F.C. from getting behind. When Liberal Party F.C.'s Bruno Troiani in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Attilio Proia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Liberal Party F.C.. With a little luck, Liberal Party F.C.'s Armando Romanese got control of the ball when Fedele De Michele tried to sneak it across the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Liberal Party F.C. had played much better football throughout.
