The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amedeo Giancola in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bayron Mast prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ferruccio Festuccia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Futbol Argentino getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Vygandas Kuliešius hit a great ball. Felice Corvasce charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felice Corvasce the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Andrea Pasciu kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Bayron Mast came out of the goal and Amedeo Giancola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Corrado Contestabile was a little too slow when Bernardo Di Cristofaro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernardo Di Cristofaro was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Ferruccio Festuccia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bayron Mast. The goal made the score 1-4. If Amedeo Giancola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Godfredo Paul during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bayron Mast showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eigirdas Burnickas in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 86thth minute of the game Amedeo Giancola who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Futbol Argentino's Bayron Mast was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hyblae FC's Corrado Contestabile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Paul in the 93rd minute of play. The Hyblae FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Hyblae FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
