A collision led to Tempest Team getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Alfonso Bolognesi hit a great ball. In the 11th minute, Klavs Snedgaard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th minute of the match Liberal Party F.C. got a corner. Tempest Team's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adam Inches ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Liberal Party F.C.'s Adam Inches to fire away a dangerous shot which Anibal Celino despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Liberal Party F.C. were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Tempest Team's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adam Inches took the corner. Armando Romanese took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfonso Valente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hıdır Mahçupyan in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Anibal Celino, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Petroni in the 25th minute of play forced Liberal Party F.C.'s goalkeeper Armando Romanese to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Romanese made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Valente in the 26th minute of play. Liberal Party F.C.'s Armando Romanese played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Valente in the 32nd minute of play. Tempest Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfonso Valente was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 34 minutes into the game, Anselmo Petroni cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Armando Romanese was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Liberal Party F.C.'s zone, Anselmo Petroni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armando Romanese came out of the goal and Anselmo Petroni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bruno Troiani made a kick off. Anibal Celino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Troiani in the 51st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Liberal Party F.C.'s Eraldo Persichetti got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Anselmo Petroni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Armando Romanese made a huge save. Anibal Celino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Inches, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Troiani in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anibal Celino saved Tempest Team from getting behind. Liberal Party F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adam Inches in the 63rd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Liberal Party F.C.'s goalkeeper Armando Romanese had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Petroni. Armando Romanese was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Anselmo Petroni capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anselmo Petroni really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Alfonso Bolognesi took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armando Romanese. Armando Romanese dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tempest Team's goalkeeper Anibal Celino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 92nd minute, Dennis Ucci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armando Romanese showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Santalucia in the 92nd minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tempest Team had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
