Spectators: 7608 (Terracing: 5701, Seating: 1751, VIP seats: 156) Gorla Minore's Gregorio Thomas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute, Adriano Scalabrino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 8 minutes into the match, Gorla Minore's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Chitarroni came free, but Edoardo Proietti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 0-1 became the score in the 10th minute when Cristiano Chitarroni elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Concetto Donato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Cristiano Chitarroni came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Kroton F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristiano Chitarroni couldn't finish the play. In the 20thth minute of the game Concetto Donato who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gorla Minore's Edoardo Proietti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 23rd minute, Concetto Donato got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gorla Minore's Edoardo Proietti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Sanduru in the 24th minute of play. Edoardo Proietti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Chitarroni in the 29th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Gorla Minore's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Chitarroni came free, but Edoardo Proietti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute, one of Gorla Minore:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gorla Minore. Edoardo Proietti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Chitarroni in the 40th minute of the match. Johannes Støle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edoardo Proietti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Johannes Støle took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edoardo Proietti. Edoardo Proietti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Gorla Minore's Cristoforo Pozzo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dedé Messias, made in the 47th minute of the game.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Concetto Donato to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Gorla Minore's goalkeeper Edoardo Proietti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johannes Støle. Edoardo Proietti came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Kroton F.C.'s Veli Vefa. But to his dismay, Veli Vefa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Concetto Donato scored 0-6 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edoardo Proietti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Johannes Støle kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edoardo Proietti. That made the score 0-7 in the 63 minute of play. Edoardo Proietti was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Concetto Donato capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Concetto Donato really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. After having played for 78 minutes, Concetto Donato managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kroton F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Concetto Donato was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Concetto Donato got free with Edoardo Proietti in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edoardo Proietti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Chitarroni in the 81st minute of play. Alvaro Cirelli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erik Majer went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-9 was the resulting score. 87 minutes into the match, Gorla Minore's goal looked a bit too open when Johannes Støle came free, but Edoardo Proietti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristiano Chitarroni kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edoardo Proietti. That made the score 1-10 in the 88 minute of play. When the match was over Kroton F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gorla Minore throughout the match.
