No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfredo Toschi was the one to do the kick off. Dennis Carrea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anoush Rott, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anoush Rott in the 57th minute of play forced Vaffancalcio's goalkeeper Dennis Carrea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dennis Carrea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nunez Feliz in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 65th minute Alberto Di Clemente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano Alfieri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dennis Carrea came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by CA Boca Jrs's Alfredo Toschi. But to his dismay, Alfredo Toschi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. CA Boca Jrs made a substitution. Emiliano Di Luzio replaced Alfredo Toschi. Dennis Carrea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anoush Rott in the 95th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. CA Boca Jrs had won after a very even match.
