Gregorio Thomas was slow to take the kick. During this time Gorla Minore's players had a chance to rest. Thanks to some nice moves Alex Scarinci could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Fausto Ursini however easily saved by the left post. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Gorla Minore's goalkeeper Fabio Colaneri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A well-hit corner resulted in Krzysztof Jaskulski heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After having played for 74 minutes, Benedykt Zuraw managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tonginella's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedykt Zuraw was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benedykt Zuraw took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabio Colaneri. Fabio Colaneri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. The supporters of Gorla Minore booed when Tonginella was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krzysztof Jaskulski didn't get a good kick on the ball.
