Amerigo Buffone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Motta Rello having to interfere. San Michele AFC's Dennis Mosca got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. San Michele AFC's attentive Edgard Galván managed to snatch the ball when Enrico Ferraresi made a throw-in in the 35th minute of the game. LATIUM's Amerigo Buffone got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 48 minutes into the game, Alvaro Giusto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fausto De Bonis. Alvaro Giusto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alvaro Giusto to strike the kick off in the second half. San Michele AFC's Motta Rello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Giovannelli in the 52nd minute of play. In the 59thth minute of the game Aurelio Oriali who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Michele AFC's Motta Rello was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Motta Rello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Oriali, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. San Michele AFC's Motta Rello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Oriali in the 68th minute of play. Fausto De Bonis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Mosca in the 72nd minute of play. San Michele AFC's Koko Mero was substituted for Carlo Corna. Motta Rello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amerigo Buffone, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Motta Rello made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Ventura in the 89th minute. Alvaro Giusto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
