Attilio Negrini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucjan Škarpa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Attilio Negrini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francesco Primavera's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. After having played for 14 minutes, Ernesto Piacentini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.C. Monte Marino's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernesto Piacentini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Lucjan Škarpa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Attilio Negrini, 2-0. Attilio Negrini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinando Musso, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Lucjan Škarpa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Attilio Negrini having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Ferdinando Musso kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Attilio Negrini. That made the score 3-0 in the 28 minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Ernesto Piacentini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Attilio Negrini. Chiascio Giants's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernesto Piacentini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Francesco Primavera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Attilio Negrini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniele Carrea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Attilio Negrini made a huge save. After some careless play in the Chiascio Giants defense, Ernesto Piacentini kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Attilio Negrini. The Chiascio Giants fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Attilio Negrini should have stopped the shot. 43 minutes into the game, S.C. Monte Marino's Ferdinando Musso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Attilio Negrini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 8-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francesco Primavera was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Francesco Primavera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Attilio Negrini was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. The S.C. Monte Marino fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when S.C. Monte Marino's Francesco Primavera looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 60 minutes into the game, Francesco Primavera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Attilio Negrini was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Daniele Carrea struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Attilio Negrini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.C. Monte Marino. Attilio Negrini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francesco Primavera in the 64th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Francesco Primavera notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Chiascio Giants's Attilio Negrini. Attilio Negrini was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 72 minutes of play, S.C. Monte Marino's Francesco Primavera made it 13-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Attilio Negrini was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 74th play minutes Ernesto Piacentini shot 14-0, a short shot which went by Attilio Negrini and just under the crossbar into goal. Ernesto Piacentini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Attilio Negrini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Francesco Primavera notched a goal, 15-0, to the right of Chiascio Giants's Attilio Negrini. Attilio Negrini was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Chiascio Giants booed when S.C. Monte Marino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Piacentini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elia Lepre came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Chiascio Giants's Alex Cesarini. But to his dismay, Alex Cesarini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 15-1. Attilio Negrini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Piacentini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Chiascio Giants getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Donato Biscotti hit a great ball. Lucjan Škarpa took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Attilio Negrini. Attilio Negrini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 16-1. In the 96th minute Francesco Primavera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Attilio Negrini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. S.C. Monte Marino's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
