Spectators: 8392 (Terracing: 6296, Seating: 1930, VIP seats: 166) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Giovanni Lovera took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ennio Piccone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 5th minute, Alessandria AFC's Giovanni Lovera ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Attilio Negrini. Attilio Negrini yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 12th minute, Ennio Piccone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ennio Piccone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Attilio Negrini having to interfere. In the last second Attilio Negrini throw himself and got hold of the ball when Giovanni Lovera in the 16thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Ennio Piccone blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Attilio Negrini having to make a save. Giovanni Lovera was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 19th minute. Alessandria AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Chiascio Giants's Attilio Negrini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovanni Lovera in the 23rd minute of play. Alex Cesarini charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alex Cesarini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Attilio Negrini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovanni Lovera in the 25th minute of play. Chiascio Giants's Attilio Negrini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Chiascio Giants from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute Ennio Piccone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Attilio Negrini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camillo Laudadio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Attilio Negrini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ennio Piccone in the 32nd minute of play. Attilio Negrini didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Giovanni Lovera went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 46th minute, Florian De Cesaris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alex Cesarini was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Alessandria AFC's Giovanni Lovera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Attilio Negrini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ennio Piccone in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Attilio Negrini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Giovanni Lovera struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Attilio Negrini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alessandria AFC. In the 60th minute, Giovanni Lovera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Attilio Negrini was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. In the 67th minute, Florian De Cesaris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Giovanni Lovera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Chiascio Giants's zone, Ennio Piccone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Attilio Negrini came out of the goal and Ennio Piccone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78th minute, Giovanni Lovera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alessandria AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. If Alvise Di Persio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ennio Piccone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ennio Piccone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Attilio Negrini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvise Di Persio scored 12-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Attilio Negrini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ennio Piccone in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Attilio Negrini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ennio Piccone took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Attilio Negrini. Attilio Negrini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0. After 95 minutes of play, Alessandria AFC's Giovanni Lovera made it 14-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Attilio Negrini was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Alessandria AFC fully deserved thier win.
