Ferdinando Cacciatore kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Qi Fei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Biagio Polo having to interfere. Beppe Natalucci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franco Lombardi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo De Sisti in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Beppe Natalucci saved AZ Sidion Gravina from getting behind.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Qi Fei made a kick off. Beppe Natalucci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdinando Cacciatore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Biagio Polo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karl Bergkvist went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 54 minutes into the match, Aris Salonicco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Qi Fei came free, but Biagio Polo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Aris Salonicco FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Ferdinando Cacciatore hit a great ball. Aris Salonicco FC made a substitution. With an all-out effort, Aris Salonicco FC's Beppe Natalucci threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Federico Cardano, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 89th minute of the match, Franco Lombardi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Beppe Natalucci saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Aris Salonicco FC's Federico Cardano was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 91st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The audience was convinced that Federico Cardano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Beppe Natalucci was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. In the 95th minute of the match Aris Salonicco FC got a corner. AZ Sidion Gravina's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Comunardo Brunelli ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Federico Cardano almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AZ Sidion Gravina's Beppe Natalucci did a great save. The Aris Salonicco FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
