Spectators: 8504 (Terracing: 6378, Seating: 1956, VIP seats: 170) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Emilio Rizzo got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rdth minute of the game Augusto Di Falco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Duri come il marmo's Dennis Troiani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davide Sciarretta in the 4th minute of play forced Duri come il marmo's goalkeeper Dennis Troiani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Casette's zone, Alberigo Addari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberto Marchegiani came out of the goal and Alberigo Addari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute, Ludvig Rudkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th minute Davide Sciarretta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Troiani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ludvig Rudkvist's late challenge caught a Casette's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ludvig Rudkvist helped the player get up and apologised. After 11 played minutes Duri come il marmo got a freekick which was hit by Ludvig Rudkvist. In the 12th minute of the match Achille Toccaceli sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dennis Troiani skillfully saved the ball. In the 13th match minute, Casette was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beppe Bomba to maneuver through the defense. Alberigo Addari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alessandro Coscia in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dennis Troiani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dennis Troiani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davide Sciarretta in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Alessandro Coscia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Casette fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 29thth minute of the game Corrado Contestabile who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Casette's Alberto Marchegiani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alberto Marchegiani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberigo Addari in the 35th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberigo Addari in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alberto Marchegiani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alessandro Coscia spun around in front of the goal 44 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Duri come il marmo's goal. After the first half Casette were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alessandro Coscia was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Augusto Di Falco in the 50th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dennis Troiani saved Duri come il marmo from getting behind. Dennis Troiani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davide Sciarretta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute Emilio Rizzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Marchegiani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Duri come il marmo's Ludvig Rudkvist got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 62nd match minute, Duri come il marmo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrizio Di Gaetano to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Duri come il marmo's Dennis Troiani got control of the ball when Achille Toccaceli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alberto Marchegiani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Rizzo in the 65th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 67 minutes into the game, when Ciccio Felli put in a rough tackle. Duri come il marmo made a substitution. Ercole Petrosino replaced Mary Cau. Duri come il marmo's Carter Romanese was substituted for Corrado Contestabile. In the 67th minute, one of Casette:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Casette. Casette:s Alberto Marchegiani showed great skill when he stopped Alberigo Addari:s penalty. 71 minutes into the match, Duri come il marmo's goalkeeper Dennis Troiani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alessandro Coscia. Emilio Rizzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Alberto Marchegiani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alessandro Coscia came free with the goalkeeper in the 79th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dennis Troiani could save by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alessandro Coscia in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dennis Troiani saved Duri come il marmo from getting behind. Ercole Petrosino hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Achille Toccaceli shot from long distance in the 86th minute, but Dennis Troiani was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Casette's Alberto Marchegiani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludvig Rudkvist in the 88th minute of play. After 89 played minutes Casette got a freekick which was hit by Alex Brunelli. In the 90th minute of the match Ludvig Rudkvist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alberto Marchegiani showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Carter Romanese had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alberto Marchegiani. Casette's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carter Romanese was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The Casette players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
