In the 84th minute Alberigo Addari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Mariotti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Duri come il marmo's goalkeeper Dennis Troiani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 89th minute Emilio Rizzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Mariotti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Real Piazza 1982's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner.
