With a couple of smart ball manuevers Konstantin Butylin in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugenio Colecchia saved Seggiano from getting behind. Elpidio Bilintx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniele Massaro in the 20th minute of play. Konstantin Butylin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eugenio Colecchia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konstantin Butylin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elpidio Bilintx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniele Massaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniele Massaro was the one to do the kick off. Seggiano's Cristoforo Leoni managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bruno Cavallo in the 52 minute of the game. After 55 played minutes Seggiano got a freekick which was hit by Elia Cellucci. 59 minutes into the game, Gladiator FC's Konstantin Butylin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eugenio Colecchia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Seggiano's Damiano Benvenuto was substituted for Cesare Del Duca. In the 63rd minute, Vaggelis Mitsiou ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugenio Colecchia was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 68 minutes into the match, Gladiator FC's goalkeeper Elpidio Bilintx had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carmine Righi. The Gladiator FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elpidio Bilintx should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vaggelis Mitsiou in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugenio Colecchia saved Seggiano from getting behind. Gladiator FC's Elpidio Bilintx proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Gladiator FC from getting a goal against them. 89 minutes into the match, Vaggelis Mitsiou had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eugenio Colecchia. Seggiano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vaggelis Mitsiou was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Eugenio Colecchia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlo Taranto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gladiator FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Seggiano had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
