After a defensive mix-up in Aversa's zone, Lu Jian Feng stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emory Øien came out of the goal and Lu Jian Feng tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute, Suchao Froněk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Aversa getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Aang Pitono hit a great ball. With a little luck, Aversa's Emory Øien got control of the ball when Cesare Punta tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th match minute, Sao Brasola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inácio de Salles to maneuver through the defense. If Gísli Langnickel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Aversa's Gísli Langnickel in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sao Brasola's goalie prevented a goal. Urbano Saturnin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gísli Langnickel's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Aversa's Gísli Langnickel got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 40 played minutes Aversa got a freekick which was hit by Lotan Frøne. The long shot by Deng Jian Bing in the 41st minute really tested Emory Øien's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Emory Øien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elia Di Vincenzo in the 47th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

After 52 played minutes Aversa got a freekick which was hit by Gísli Langnickel. Cesare Punta struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Emory Øien didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sao Brasola. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elia Di Vincenzo in the 55th minute of play forced Aversa's goalkeeper Emory Øien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gísli Langnickel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Aang Pitono came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Aversa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aang Pitono couldn't finish the play. Aversa's Gísli Langnickel got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aversa made a substitution. Federico Apolloni replaced Flavio Di Giulio. Emory Øien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesare Punta in the 73rd minute of the match. Emory Øien made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesare Punta in the 76th minute of play. The supporters of Aversa booed when Sao Brasola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inácio de Salles didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute, Inácio de Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the match, Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Urbano Saturnin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Fulgenzi. A sloppy throw-in by Inácio de Salles in the 82nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Aversa's Lotan Frøne. In the 83rd minute, Aversa's Anselmo Fulgenzi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. The supporters of Sao Brasola booed when Aversa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Suchao Froněk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aversa's Emory Øien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joseph Asklöv in the 89th minute of play. Emory Øien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joseph Asklöv in the 91st minute of the match. Nojus Barasa hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Aversa's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
