Dave Clemente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fortunato Tomasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After having played for 8 minutes, Fortunato Tomasso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Savicevic Show's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fortunato Tomasso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Armando Salemme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Armando Natalucci's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Dave Clemente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Iannone in the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Corleone in the 15th minute of play forced Glasgow Rangers FC's goalkeeper Dave Clemente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fortunato Tomasso succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 16th playminute. Armando Salemme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Natalucci in the 23rd minute of play. Dave Clemente made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Adriano Corleone sent off a good shot on target. Armando Natalucci's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Salemme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Dave Clemente was a little too slow when Adriano Corleone got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 31st minute, Flavio Piscopo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Savicevic Show defense, Armando Natalucci kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armando Salemme. The Savicevic Show fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Salemme should have stopped the shot. Dave Clemente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fortunato Tomasso in the 35th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Dave Clemente successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 38 minutes into the match, Glasgow Rangers FC's Armando Natalucci sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Armando Salemme narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Armando Natalucci in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Salemme saved Savicevic Show from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Lauaxeta in the 44th minute of play forced Savicevic Show's goalkeeper Armando Salemme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute, Ettore Placidi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adriano Corleone stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Armando Natalucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Salemme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute of the match Glasgow Rangers FC got a corner. Savicevic Show's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nestor Lauaxeta ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Armando Natalucci came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Glasgow Rangers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Natalucci couldn't finish the play. Glasgow Rangers FC's Christian Sammartino was substituted for Felice Perna. 65 minutes into the match, Savicevic Show's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Natalucci came free, but Armando Salemme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Nestor Lauaxeta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Armando Nataluccis short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Armando Salemme to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 68th minute Nestor Lauaxeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Salemme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Natalucci in the 69th minute of play forced Savicevic Show's goalkeeper Armando Salemme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Savicevic Show's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Natalucci came free, but Armando Salemme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armando Salemme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Lauaxeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Glasgow Rangers FC made a substitution. Carlo Attili replaced Armando Natalucci. In the 73rd match minute, Glasgow Rangers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Comunardo De Paolis to maneuver through the defense. Dave Clemente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ettore Moriggi in the 76th minute of play. Savicevic Show's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fortunato Verdini in the 77th minute. Savicevic Show's Fortunato Verdini was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dave Clemente in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Glasgow Rangers FC's Dave Clemente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ettore Moriggi in the 85th minute of play. Armando Salemme made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Carlo Attili sent off a good shot on target. Ettore Placidi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Armando Salemme made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Lauaxeta in the 91st minute of play forced Savicevic Show's goalkeeper Armando Salemme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Salemme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Attili in the 96th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Savicevic Show had won after a very even match.
