In the 4th minute Adriano Corleone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dave Clemente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute, Adriano Corleone ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dave Clemente was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Nestor Lauaxeta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Nestor Lauaxeta came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Glasgow Rangers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nestor Lauaxeta couldn't finish the play. Armando Salemme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Lauaxeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Savicevic Show's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antonio Riccitelli was slow to take the kick. During this time Glasgow Rangers FC's players had a chance to rest. Ermanno Giacchetti tried in the 25th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Armando Salemme a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-1. Armando Salemme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armando Natalucci in the 31st minute. If Nestor Lauaxeta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Savicevic Show's Alvaro Pazienza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Comunardo De Paolis in the 38 minute of the game. 38 minutes into the match, Glasgow Rangers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fortunato Tomasso came free, but Dave Clemente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Adriano Corleone cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Dave Clemente was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Glasgow Rangers FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Savicevic Show were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ettore Placidi to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Savicevic Show's goal looked a bit too open when Ettore Placidi came free, but Armando Salemme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led Glasgow Rangers FC's Antonio Riccitelli to fire away a dangerous shot which Armando Salemme despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Ettore Placidi notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Savicevic Show's Armando Salemme. Armando Salemme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ettore Placidi struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Armando Salemme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glasgow Rangers FC. Savicevic Show made a substitution. Ettore Moriggi replaced Fortunato Tomasso. Savicevic Show's Ferruccio Zuccarini managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Anthony Amatori in the 68 minute of the game. Armando Salemme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ettore Placidi in the 72nd minute of play. When Savicevic Show's Ettore Moriggi in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Glasgow Rangers FC's goalie prevented a goal. Glasgow Rangers FC's Carlo Attili was substituted for Armando Natalucci. After 82 played minutes Savicevic Show got a freekick which was hit by Ettore Moriggi. Armando Salemme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ettore Placidi in the 86th minute of the match. After 92 minutes of play, Savicevic Show's Adriano Corleone made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dave Clemente was left in no man's land by his defense there! Savicevic Show's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
