An unexpectedly hard shot by László Domonkos in the 16th minute of play forced Lokomotiv Budapest FC's goalkeeper Alonso Mobilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rudolf Erdei in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vencel Kossuth saved Egeraracsa from getting behind. If Lukács Tihanyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 26 minutes into the game, Balázs Majoros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Alonso Mobilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. László Domonkos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alonso Mobilla having to interfere. 33 minutes into the game, Miklós Sebes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lokomotiv Budapest FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Egeraracsa the free kick. The supporters of Egeraracsa booed when Lokomotiv Budapest FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miklós Sebes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes into the match, László Domonkos notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Lokomotiv Budapest FC's Alonso Mobilla. Alonso Mobilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alonso Mobilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koppány Pálinkás in the 39th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
