Spectators: 7679 (Terracing: 5760, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when László Boros kicked off to start the match. In the 6th minute, Kristóf Kántor made a precise shot to the right of Endre Lengyel. Lampart FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 8 played minutes Nemesvid Sumerians got a freekick which was hit by Miklós Kalmár. After a defensive mix-up in Lampart FC's zone, Gábor Kanta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Endre Lengyel came out of the goal and Gábor Kanta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Endre Lengyel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Péter Kabát, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th match minute, Nemesvid Sumerians was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gábor Székely to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, József Illés managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lampart FC's supporters rose to their feet, but József Illés was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Géza Vermes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nemesvid Sumerians's Géza Vermes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by László Boros in the 19th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, László Boros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Géza Vermes. Nemesvid Sumerians's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that László Boros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. When Nemesvid Sumerians's Péter Kabát in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lampart FC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Péter Kabát in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Endre Lengyel saved Lampart FC from getting behind. Gábor Székely charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gábor Székely the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Lampart FC booed when Nemesvid Sumerians was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gábor Székely didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, Marcell Nagy sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Nemesvid Sumerians's Géza Vermes didn't even have to move. József Rózsa's late challenge caught a Lampart FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. József Rózsa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th minute, József Rózsa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Nemesvid Sumerians getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Gábor Kanta hit a great ball. Péter Kabát recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Péter Kabát was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute Gábor Kanta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Endre Lengyel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nemesvid Sumerians's Péter Kabát got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 63 minutes, Péter Kabát managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nemesvid Sumerians's supporters crossed their fingers, but Péter Kabát was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Géza Vermes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from László Boros in the 67th minute of the match. Géza Vermes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from László Boros, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nemesvid Sumerians's goalkeeper Géza Vermes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If László Boros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, József Illés managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lampart FC's supporters rose to their feet, but József Illés was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Géza Vermes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 76 minutes into the game, Péter Kabát recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Endre Lengyel. Péter Kabát showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Through an outstanding action, after 79 minutes, Endre Lengyel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Nemesvid Sumerians's Péter Kabát got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th minute, Péter Kabát got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Péter Kabát in the 91st minute of play forced Lampart FC's goalkeeper Endre Lengyel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, Csaba Erdôs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
