Ágoston Gál could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Tibor Kertész made a huge save. 24 minutes into the match, Ibafa's József Illés broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tamás Sallói in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dávid Demeter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tamás Sallói sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th match minute, Újfehértó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vendel Bodor to maneuver through the defense. In the 30thth minute of the game Tibor Fülöp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Újfehértó's Dávid Demeter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gergely Koncz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tibor Kertész having to interfere. When Tamás Sallói came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Ibafa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tamás Sallói couldn't finish the play. 41 minutes into the match, Újfehértó's goal looked a bit too open when Tamás Sallói came free, but Dávid Demeter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Tibor Fülöp got free with Dávid Demeter in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th minute Ágoston Gál shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tibor Kertész saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Tibor Fülöp came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Ibafa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tibor Fülöp couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Ibafa's Tamás Sallói slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dávid Demeter. That made the score 0-2 after 68 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Ibafa's Rudolf Gyárfás got a free kick in the 80th minute. If Ágoston Gál had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tamás Sallói sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
