Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) György Csernyi made the kick off and thus started the match. After 5 played minutes, Muhi's Károly Bollobás shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper József Bártfai came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Muhi reached it. In the 12th minute of the match, Roland Fejes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but József Bártfai saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 15 played minutes Tompa got a freekick which was hit by Géza Varga. In the 15th minute, Károly Bollobás sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Tompa's József Bártfai didn't even have to move. József Bártfai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dániel Gombos in the 18th minute. With a little luck, Tompa's József Bártfai got control of the ball when Roland Fejes tried to sneak it across the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Miklós Murai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. József Sólyom was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Muhi booed when Tompa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Endre Szigeti didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Tompa's Imre Sárkány got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After having played for 33 minutes, Roland Fejes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Muhi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roland Fejes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. József Bártfai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dániel Gombos in the 35th minute of the match. Roland Fejes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without József Bártfai having to interfere. Márton Baráth in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of József Bártfai, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 44th minute, Mátyás Szász made a precise shot to the right of József Sólyom. Muhi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Márton Baráth made a kick off. Géza Baranyi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. József Bártfai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Géza Baranyi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Márton Baráth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without József Bártfai having to interfere. In the 60th minute of the match Károly Bollobás sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but József Bártfai skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Fejes in the 63rd minute of play forced Tompa's goalkeeper József Bártfai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Roland Fejes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Muhi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. József Bártfai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dániel Gombos in the 69th minute of play. József Bártfai stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Márton Baráth's shot from short distance in the 71st minute.
