Imre Virág recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brúnó Bernáth in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arne Guderian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Imre Virág could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Tibor Dárdai made a huge save. Géza Gál hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Hottó VTK's Tibor Dárdai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Máté Makkai in the 41st minute of play. Arne Guderian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bálint Takács in the 43rd minute of the match. Imre Virág could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Tibor Dárdai made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Imre Virág got free with Tibor Dárdai in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 47 minutes, Géza Gál mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hottó VTK and the pmfc ati players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice moves Imre Virág could shoot a difficult shot in the 48th minute, which Tibor Dárdai however easily saved by the left post. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Máté Makkai to strike the kick off in the second half. Arne Guderian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tamás Tulipán in the 52nd minute of play. In the 59th minute, Máté Makkai left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The pmfc ati fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 67 played minutes Bálint Takács rounded pmfc ati's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Brúnó Bernáth who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Arne Guderian when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tibor Dárdai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Imre Virág, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 75 minutes of play, pmfc ati's Máté Makkai made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tibor Dárdai was left in no man's land by his defense there! Brúnó Bernáth's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arne Guderian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Tibor Dárdai came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by pmfc ati's Imre Virág. But to his dismay, Imre Virág quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Imre Váradi hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Arne Guderian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bálint Takács, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hottó VTK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
