Spectators: 6500 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Rákóczifalva MÁV SE's Vencel Vass started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Attila Kun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Richárd Bagi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vencel Vass, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Rákóczifalva SE's goal looked a bit too open when Vencel Vass came free, but Richárd Bagi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute, Attila Kun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richárd Bagi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. If Gábor Károlyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Richárd Bagi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vencel Vass in the 21st minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Roland Győrffy notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Rákóczifalva MÁV SE's Meng Hong Zhen. Meng Hong Zhen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Richárd Bagi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vencel Vass, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Richárd Bagi had great luck who in the 30thth minute grab hold of the ball when Vencel Vass from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After 33 played minutes Rákóczifalva MÁV SE got a freekick which was hit by Barnabás Gombos. In the 36th minute Lajos Szakál shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Meng Hong Zhen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th match minute, Rákóczifalva SE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakab Saághy to maneuver through the defense. Meng Hong Zhen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lajos Szakál's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lajos Szakál was the one to do the kick off. Meng Hong Zhen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Győrffy in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Rákóczifalva SE booed when Rákóczifalva MÁV SE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gábor Károlyi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Meng Hong Zhen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lajos Szakál, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, Rákóczifalva MÁV SE's goal looked a bit too open when Lajos Szakál came free, but Meng Hong Zhen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute Vencel Vass shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richárd Bagi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Meng Hong Zhen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lajos Szakál in the 74th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Bálint Menyhért took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Meng Hong Zhen to make any attempt to save it. Meng Hong Zhen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lajos Szakál, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olivér Makkai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Richárd Bagi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olivér Makkai in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olivér Makkai in the 84th minute of play forced Rákóczifalva SE's goalkeeper Richárd Bagi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 played minutes Rákóczifalva SE got a freekick which was hit by Levente Zolnai. Olivér Makkai missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 87 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Richárd Bagi right hand side. In the 91st minute, Attila Kun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Rákóczifalva MÁV SE's Zakariás Szigeti got a free kick in the 95th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Rákóczifalva MÁV SE lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
