Dávid Battai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from György Kis, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Géza Szőlősi kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Gáborján's Szabolcs Latabár got a free kick in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Gáborján's goal looked a bit too open when György Kis came free, but Dávid Battai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. István Komáromi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Róbert Véber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24thth minute of the game István Komáromi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Acsalag FC's Róbert Véber was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Acsalag FC's Róbert Véber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by István Komáromi in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Károly Csonka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Acsalag FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gáborján the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, György Kis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acsalag FC's supporters rose to their feet, but György Kis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dávid Battai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 34 minutes into the match, Rudolf Tokody had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dávid Battai. Gáborján's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rudolf Tokody was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Rudolf Tokody fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dávid Battai having to interfere. In the 43rd minute of the match, Szabolcs Latabár tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Róbert Véber saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rudolf Tokody to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Csanád Horváth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Géza Szőlősi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 53rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Acsalag FC's Károly Csonka got his second yellow card of the match in the 58th minute. The referee ordered Károly Csonka off the ground. A collision led to Acsalag FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Károly Csonka hit a great ball. In the 61st minute of the match Kristóf Bollobás shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Róbert Véber showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Acsalag FC booed when Gáborján was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertalan Gombos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute of the match Csanád Horváth sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dávid Battai skillfully saved the ball. Zénó Salgó recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Acsalag FC's György Kis got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 94 played minutes Acsalag FC got a freekick which was hit by Rudolf Tokody. After having played for 95 minutes, Bertold Tokody managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gáborján's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertold Tokody was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Acsalag FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
