In the 15th minute Ferenc Vörös shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Konkoly saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mátyás Vermes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Roland Konkoly tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zénó Asztalos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antal Gerő read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferenc Vörös in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roland Konkoly saved Abaújvár from getting behind. The supporters of Ságvár booed when Abaújvár was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tibor Karsai didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Ságvár's Mihály Pethő sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roland Konkoly narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roland Konkoly yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ságvár had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
