Imre Szalontai took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bálint Király. Rába ETO's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Benedek Virágh came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the FC Nagykozár fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benedek Virágh couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benedek Virágh in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bálint Király prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 17 minutes into the game, one of FC Nagykozár:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jakab Vándor shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. When István Ferencz came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Rába ETO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that István Ferencz couldn't finish the play. In the 28th minute of the match Imre Szalontai shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bálint Király showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benedek Virágh in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bálint Király saved Rába ETO from getting behind. In the 41st minute, Benedek Virágh made a precise shot to the right of Bálint Király. Rába ETO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The audience was convinced that Benedek Virágh's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bálint Király was relentless in the 46th minute of the game.
