Aranycsapat's Antal Szép played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Hoffman in the 33rd minute of play. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vékény SI's goalkeeper Iván Ludas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Antal Szép was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Arnold Pataky capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arnold Pataky really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1.
