The supporters of Magyartelek OSE booed when Vékény SI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roland Zsinka didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience cheered when Jácint Boros's long shot passed Iván Ludas's right side. It was 0-1, 13 minutes into the match. Jakab Fülöp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iván Ludas having to make a save. Iván Ludas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakab Fülöp, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. József Zádori recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iván Ludas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from József Zádori in the 23rd minute of the match. József Zádori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 29 minutes into the game, Jácint Boros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Magyartelek OSE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vékény SI the free kick. When Dömötör Buzánszki came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Vékény SI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dömötör Buzánszki couldn't finish the play. Emil Hoffman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Arnold Pataky had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Jakab Fülöp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Magyartelek OSE were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

During the 53rd minute of the match Henrik Kis completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Henrik Kis a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Magyartelek OSE's Henrik Kis got a free kick in the 54th minute. Emil Hoffman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zsolt Csapó having to interfere. In the 69th minute Emil Hoffman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zsolt Csapó saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jakab Fülöp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Iván Ludas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the game, Jakab Fülöp was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Magyartelek OSE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vékény SI the free kick. After 83 played minutes Vékény SI got a freekick which was hit by Ádám Földvári. Iván Ludas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jakab Fülöp went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. A collision led to Vékény SI getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Emil Hoffman hit a great ball. Arnold Pataky recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Magyartelek OSE's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
