After having played for 3 minutes, Attila Herman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rumpi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Attila Herman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antal Nyíri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Csaba Kárpáti in the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Róbert Sipos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Csaba Kárpáti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antal Nyíri having to interfere. A collision led to Komádi B.V. getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. András Kenesei hit a great ball. Antal Nyíri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Csaba Kárpáti's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Komádi B.V.'s goalkeeper Antal Nyíri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Antal Nyíri stood somewhat misplaced when Csaba Kárpáti came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 27 minute. Komádi B.V.'s Antal Nyíri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Csaba Kárpáti in the 36th minute of play. With a little luck, Komádi B.V.'s Antal Nyíri got control of the ball when Attila Herman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Antal Nyíri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Csaba Kárpáti's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Róbert Sipos during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Róbert Sipos hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Antal Nyíri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Attila Herman in the 42nd minute. Antal Nyíri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Csaba Kárpáti in the 45th minute of play. Péter Borbás sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Csaba Kárpáti to strike the kick off in the second half. Rumpi's Attila Herman got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Rumpi's Attila Herman in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Komádi B.V.'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 72ndth minute of the game Attila Herman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Komádi B.V.'s Antal Nyíri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Róbert Sipos struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Antal Nyíri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rumpi. Antal Nyíri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Csaba Kárpáti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Attila Herman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antal Nyíri came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Rumpi's Csaba Kárpáti. But to his dismay, Csaba Kárpáti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Rumpi fully deserved thier win.
