Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kálmán Koczka started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Kálmán Koczka scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zsolt Fehér, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers István Csongrádi in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zsolt Fehér saved Maldini F.C from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Maldini F.C's Zsigmond Vincze got a free kick in the 13th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Maldini F.C's zone, István Csongrádi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zsolt Fehér came out of the goal and István Csongrádi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zsolt Fehér stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kálmán Koczka's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. In the 21st minute István Csongrádi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zsolt Fehér saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 25 minutes, Alfréd Fodor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maldini F.C and the Gyanógeregye players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alfréd Fodor hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, István Csongrádi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 28th minute, Kálmán Koczka ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zsolt Fehér was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 32nd match minute, Maldini F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richárd Szűcs to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kálmán Koczka in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zsolt Fehér prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Maldini F.C! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell János Pádár to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Kálmán Koczka fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 56 minutes into the match, Maldini F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Kálmán Koczka came free, but Zsolt Fehér reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. István Csongrádi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zsolt Fehér having to interfere. Kálmán Koczka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Gyanógeregye getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. István Csongrádi hit a great ball. Kálmán Koczka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zsolt Fehér having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Géza Kuti during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 87th minute, Géza Kuti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute, Kálmán Koczka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Maldini F.C's goalkeeper Zsolt Fehér had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by István Csongrádi.
