When Szilárd Pálosi fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored University of West's protests and gave Szilárd Pálosi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to University of West getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zoltán Gaál to strike the kick off in the second half. Károly Tolnai was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Okan Buyruk capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Okan Buyruk really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Thanks to some nice moves Bálint Döbrögi could shoot a difficult shot in the 61st minute, which Károly Tolnai however easily saved by the left post. Okan Buyruk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Márk Angyal was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 70 minutes had been played. After a defensive mix-up in Budai titánok's zone, Bálint Döbrögi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Károly Tolnai came out of the goal and Bálint Döbrögi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th minute, Bálint Döbrögi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. István Bencsik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Károly Tolnai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Budai titánok's attentive Flórián Baranyai managed to snatch the ball when Virgilio Sims made a throw-in in the 86th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Okan Buyruk in the 90th minute of play forced Budai titánok's goalkeeper Károly Tolnai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pál Lovász showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoltán Gaál, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The throw-in from István Bencsik in the 95th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Budai titánok's Nándor Salgó.
