The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Vasas FC's Domonkos Honti got a free kick in the 6th minute. Gergely Szűcs didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miklós Benkó went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 14th minute Antal Molnár shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gergely Szűcs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Csonkahegyhát SC's Gergely Szűcs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miklós Benkó in the 16th minute of play. In the 22ndth minute of the game Domonkos Honti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Csonkahegyhát SC's Gergely Szűcs was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jónás Mezei received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Olivér Bögi came out and tried to block the shot, but Jónás Mezei slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 25th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ervin Szentesi got free with Olivér Bögi in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Vasas FC's Miklós Benkó got a free kick in the 28th minute. With a little luck, Vasas FC's Olivér Bögi got control of the ball when Ervin Szentesi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ervin Szentesi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Olivér Bögi made a huge save. The wind increased when Jónás Mezei made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Vasas FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Dávid Szántó hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Vasas FC's zone, Róbert Asztalos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olivér Bögi came out of the goal and Róbert Asztalos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olivér Bögi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ervin Szentesi in the 62nd minute of the match. Gergely Szűcs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domonkos Honti in the 63rd minute of play. Ákos Fülöp kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jónás Mezei in the 71st minute of play forced Vasas FC's goalkeeper Olivér Bögi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gergely Szűcs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miklós Benkó in the 72nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domonkos Honti got free with Gergely Szűcs in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gergely Szűcs was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Miklós Benkó showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 74 minute of play. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Csonkahegyhát SC's goalkeeper Gergely Szűcs, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Vasas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The Vasas FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
