Aquincum Legion FC's Antal Bognár played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Chesus in the 26th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Vergödő Verebek S.C's zone, Kristóf Kardos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. János Buday came out of the goal and Kristóf Kardos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ödön Lévai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antal Bognár showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Chesus, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After 32 minutes, Roland Ferencz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aquincum Legion FC and the Vergödő Verebek S.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Vergödő Verebek S.C booed when Aquincum Legion FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roland Ferencz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kristóf Kardos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the game, Ödön Lévai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Antal Bognár was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Vergödő Verebek S.C were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kristóf Kardos was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Vergödő Verebek S.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Chesus to maneuver through the defense. Kristóf Kardos struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. János Buday didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aquincum Legion FC. After a rather tough play, Aquincum Legion FC's Kristóf Kardos got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Antal Bognár came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Vergödő Verebek S.C's Daniel Chesus. But to his dismay, Daniel Chesus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Daniel Chesus came free with the goalkeeper in the 73rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Antal Bognár could save by the left post. 74 minutes into the match, Daniel Chesus dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Antal Bognár, 1-3. After 79 minutes, Róbert Nyitrai mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vergödő Verebek S.C and the Aquincum Legion FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Vergödő Verebek S.C getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Róbert Nyitrai hit a great ball. With a little luck, Aquincum Legion FC's Antal Bognár got control of the ball when Daniel Chesus tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Vergödő Verebek S.C players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
