Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Szamosújlak's László Mátrai started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute László Mátrai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gusztáv Keresztes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers László Mátrai in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gusztáv Keresztes saved Keszegek from getting behind. Gusztáv Keresztes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from András Vörös in the 9th minute of the match. Keszegek's Gusztáv Keresztes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by András Vörös in the 10th minute of play. If András Vörös had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Honti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Álmos Kiss having to interfere. Gusztáv Keresztes came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Szamosújlak's László Mátrai. But to his dismay, László Mátrai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Kornél Simicska sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Álmos Kiss made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Kornél Simicska sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute, András Vörös ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gusztáv Keresztes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After the first half Szamosújlak were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valentin Honti to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when András Vörös got free with Gusztáv Keresztes in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Keszegek's Kornél Simicska managed to work through Szamosújlak's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Kornél Simicska dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Kornél Simicska fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Álmos Kiss having to interfere. László Mátrai's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gusztáv Keresztes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Kornél Simicska sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Keszegek's Valentin Honti in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Szamosújlak's goalie prevented a goal. Álmos Kiss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kornél Simicska, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After a rather tough play, Szamosújlak's Milán Dárdai got a free kick in the 86th minute. László Mátrai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 90 minutes, Patrik Sánta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Keszegek and the Szamosújlak players grew even worse after the yellow card. András Vörös struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Gusztáv Keresztes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Szamosújlak. Valentin Honti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Álmos Kiss tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
