After a defensive mix-up in Bagamér's zone, Tamás Magos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ottó Csank came out of the goal and Tamás Magos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. János Sallay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ádám Irmai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Béla Majoros's late challenge caught a Bagamér's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Béla Majoros helped the player get up and apologised. Béla Majoros kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. A collision led to Cukicsapat getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. György Sári hit a great ball. In the 9th minute of the match András Lehoczky sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but János Sallay skillfully saved the ball. An unexpected shot in the 10th minute by Sándor Tóth got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Béla Majoros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ottó Csank having to interfere. Ottó Csank showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tamás Magos in the 17th minute of the match. Béla Majoros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 23rd minute, Ádám Irmai left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bagamér fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 27th minute, Cukicsapat's György Sári seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed György Sári the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Cukicsapat protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and György Sári had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of Cukicsapat:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bagamér:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ádám Irmai in the 31st minute of play forced Cukicsapat's goalkeeper János Sallay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Sándor Tóth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sándor Tóth to strike the kick off in the second half. Ottó Csank made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tamás Magos in the 52nd minute of play. János Sallay was a little too slow when Ádám Irmai got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 0-3. In the 62nd minute of the match Gyula Urbán shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but János Sallay showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cukicsapat's Sándor Tóth got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Zoltán Pécsi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Cukicsapat's Sándor Görög got a free kick in the 68th minute. With a little luck, Cukicsapat's János Sallay got control of the ball when Vencel Irmai tried to sneak it across the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Cukicsapat's goalkeeper János Sallay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vencel Irmai. Sándor Tóth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ottó Csank tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when József Balogh got free with János Sallay in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. János Sallay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ádám Irmai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Zoltán Pécsi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Bagamér booed when Cukicsapat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zoltán Pécsi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by András Lehoczky in the 88th minute really tested János Sallay's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 90 minutes into the match, Bagamér's goal looked a bit too open when Sándor Tóth came free, but Ottó Csank reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tamás Magos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ottó Csank having to interfere. The Bagamér players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
