Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5875, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sándor Tököli took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Zoltán Pécsi notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Red Bull Budapest's Bánk Földesi. Bánk Földesi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bánk Földesi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sándor Tóth's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. 0-2 became the score in the 8th minute when Béla Majoros elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The supporters of Cukicsapat booed when Red Bull Budapest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Róbert Hellinger didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 17 played minutes Cukicsapat got a freekick which was hit by György Sári. The referee felt a red card was in order, 20 minutes into the game, when Mózes Újvári put in a rough tackle. The goalkeeper, János Sallay, was totally fooled by Red Bull Budapest's Gergely Oláh, who 22 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Cukicsapat's János Sallay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boldizsár Lantos in the 25th minute of play. When Béla Majoros came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Cukicsapat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Béla Majoros couldn't finish the play. Béla Majoros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bánk Földesi having to interfere. After 30 minutes of play, Cukicsapat's Sándor Tóth made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bánk Földesi was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Sándor Tóth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cukicsapat's supporters rose to their feet, but Sándor Tóth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bánk Földesi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sándor Tóth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Bánk Földesi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bánk Földesi came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Cukicsapat's Sándor Tóth. But to his dismay, Sándor Tóth quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Béla Majoros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sándor Tóth made a kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Bertalan Héj was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Red Bull Budapest's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cukicsapat the free kick. Bertalan Héj kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. A hard shot 58 in the game by Tamás Magos from a close distance when the talented Bánk Földesi managed to make a qualified save. Red Bull Budapest's players were relieved. Sándor Tóth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bánk Földesi having to interfere. When Béla Majoros came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Cukicsapat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Béla Majoros couldn't finish the play. Bánk Földesi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Béla Majoros's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Tamás Magos kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After 73 played minutes, Red Bull Budapest's Róbert Hellinger shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper János Sallay came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Red Bull Budapest reached it. Béla Majoros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bánk Földesi having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Sándor Tóth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 78 minutes, Sándor Tóth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cukicsapat's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sándor Tóth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sándor Tököli in the 79th minute of play forced Cukicsapat's goalkeeper János Sallay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Cukicsapat's Ákos Lőrincz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. Tamás Magos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bánk Földesi having to make a save. 93 minutes into the match, Red Bull Budapest's goalkeeper Bánk Földesi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sándor Tóth.
