Patrik Hidegkúti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koppány Boros, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Balázs Újházi's late challenge caught a Pál Utcai Fiúk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Balázs Újházi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st minute, Balázs Újházi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mihály Harsányi kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The supporters of Pál Utcai Fiúk booed when Kisbudmér was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihály Harsányi didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Pál Utcai Fiúk's Vilmos Szűcs shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 53rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Endre Páncsics but with some difficulty. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Patrik Holló managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kisbudmér's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrik Holló was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrik Hidegkúti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 57 minutes into the match, Brúnó Hudák dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Endre Páncsics, 1-2. Örs Simkó could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Endre Páncsics made a huge save. Patrik Holló sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brúnó Hudák in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Endre Páncsics saved Kisbudmér from getting behind. Örs Simkó who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Endre Páncsics when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 78 minutes into the match, Örs Simkó had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Endre Páncsics. Kisbudmér's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Örs Simkó was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 82nd minute, Patrik Holló left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kisbudmér fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Brúnó Hudák was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 85th minute. Pál Utcai Fiúk's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Örs Simkó in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Endre Páncsics prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kisbudmér's goalkeeper Endre Páncsics, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gergely Ambrus got his second yellow card in the match during the 88th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Kisbudmér getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Gergely Ambrus hit a great ball. Kisbudmér's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Brúnó Hudák 92 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-4. In the 95th match minute, Pál Utcai Fiúk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lajos Grósz to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pál Utcai Fiúk eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
