The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Örs Hollósi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mátyás Czakó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sándor Gyárfás in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Örs Hollósi saved Encs from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Sándor Gyárfás put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Örs Hollósi. 11 minutes into the match, Encs's goal looked a bit too open when Kálmán Vadász came free, but Örs Hollósi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kálmán Vadász scored 0-2 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Örs Hollósi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 24th match minute, Encs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by István Markó to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Encs's zone, Kálmán Vadász stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Örs Hollósi came out of the goal and Kálmán Vadász tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sándor Gyárfás received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Örs Hollósi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sándor Gyárfás had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute, Kálmán Vadász got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute, Sándor Gyárfás made a precise shot to the right of Örs Hollósi. Encs's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Vilmos Bártfai struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Örs Hollósi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFITEAMU16. When Kálmán Vadász came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the IFITEAMU16 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kálmán Vadász couldn't finish the play. The Encs players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. IFITEAMU16 were winning 0-3.

IFITEAMU16's Kálmán Vadász got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Örs Hollósi was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Sándor Gyárfás capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sándor Gyárfás really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by István Berta in the 60th minute of play forced Encs's goalkeeper Örs Hollósi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute Sándor Gyárfás shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Örs Hollósi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to IFITEAMU16 getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Vilmos Bártfai hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the game, Sándor Gyárfás recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Örs Hollósi. Sándor Gyárfás showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Kálmán Vadász received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute.
