With a little luck, BabosSiklub SE's Attila Baranyi got control of the ball when László Várdai tried to sneak it across the goal line. Boruc Drab showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebestyén Pusztai, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After a defensive mix-up in BabosSiklub SE's zone, László Várdai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Attila Baranyi came out of the goal and László Várdai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Attila Baranyi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 96th minute, Dávid Keserű hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Algitas Daškevičius hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute, Steel Tigers's Algitas Daškevičius fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal, but it hit the crossbar and went out into the crowd. Steel Tigers's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
