In the 10th minute of the match Barnabás Révész sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but László Pölöskei skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, Roxan Futball-Klub's László Pölöskei got control of the ball when Vilmos Berta tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Miklós Cziráki came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Zalaszàntò SE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miklós Cziráki couldn't finish the play. Lajos Kunczs short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got László Pölöskei to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. László Pölöskei made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Vilmos Berta sent off a good shot on target. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Roxan Futball-Klub! In the 42nd minute András Balogh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but László Pölöskei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Zalaszàntò SE's András Balogh dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miklós Cziráki in the 48th minute of play forced Roxan Futball-Klub's goalkeeper László Pölöskei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lajos Kuncz was the one to do the kick off. László Pölöskei made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. László Pölöskei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilmos Berta in the 72nd minute of play. László Pölöskei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miklós Cziráki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Roxan Futball-Klub's Csaba Varsányi got a free kick in the 79th minute. When Zalaszàntò SE's Miklós Cziráki in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
