In the 5th minute, Mehis Kapstas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 8th minute of the match Dániel Váczi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Krisztián Kulcsár showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 11 minutes, Csaba Fülöp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sopronkövesd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Csaba Fülöp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Ádám Nyúl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sopronkövesd's supporters rose to their feet, but Ádám Nyúl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Krisztián Kulcsár breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Videoton FC Barcelona defense, Csaba Fülöp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Krisztián Kulcsár. The Videoton FC Barcelona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Krisztián Kulcsár should have stopped the shot. After 22 minutes, Dávid Koncz mouthed his way into the referee's book. In the 32nd minute Ádám Nyúl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krisztián Kulcsár saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Mehis Kapstas put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Krisztián Kulcsár. 38 minutes into the game, Sopronkövesd's Ádám Nyúl nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Krisztián Kulcsár made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Krisztián Kulcsár showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Csaba Fülöp in the 44th minute of the match. Krisztián Kulcsár took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Csaba Fülöp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Attila Csordás to strike the kick off in the second half. Videoton FC Barcelona's Krisztián Kulcsár proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Videoton FC Barcelona from getting a goal against them. With his leg Krisztián Kulcsár managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Sopronkövesd's Mehis Kapstas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 55 minutes into the match, Szilveszter Kővári notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Videoton FC Barcelona's Krisztián Kulcsár. Krisztián Kulcsár was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 60th minute, Videoton FC Barcelona's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Szilveszter Kővári fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Videoton FC Barcelona's zone, Mehis Kapstas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Krisztián Kulcsár came out of the goal and Mehis Kapstas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Videoton FC Barcelona getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Géza Kaszás hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Mehis Kapstas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Krisztián Kulcsár, 0-7. Gábor Varga kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Sopronkövesd made a substitution. Jocelyn Papon replaced Mehis Kapstas. In the 77th minute, Gábor Varga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Árpád Zádori kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Szilveszter Kővári in the 81st minute of play forced Videoton FC Barcelona's goalkeeper Krisztián Kulcsár to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jocelyn Papon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Krisztián Kulcsár having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Ádám Nyúl took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Krisztián Kulcsár to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, Videoton FC Barcelona's Krisztián Kulcsár got control of the ball when Jocelyn Papon tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jocelyn Papon in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Krisztián Kulcsár saved Videoton FC Barcelona from getting behind. After having played for 91 minutes, Árpád Zádori managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sopronkövesd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Árpád Zádori was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th minute, Attila Weszely got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
