ManchesterCity's Adrián Bihari proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save ManchesterCity from getting a goal against them. In the 8th minute, Domonkos Benedek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adrián Bihari made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Domonkos Benedek sent off a good shot on target. 16 minutes into the game, Gábor Peterdy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Lukács Hidegkúti was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 19 minutes into the match, Pest Brawlers's Tibor Virág sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adrián Bihari narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Domonkos Benedek notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of ManchesterCity's Adrián Bihari. Adrián Bihari was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 32nd minute of the match Gábor Mészáros shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adrián Bihari showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Pest Brawlers's Tibor Virág in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ManchesterCity's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 36 minutes, Gábor Peterdy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ManchesterCity's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gábor Peterdy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 3-1 became the score in the 40th minute when Domonkos Benedek elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Márton Czakó had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 47 minutes into the match, ManchesterCity's goal looked a bit too open when Tibor Virág came free, but Adrián Bihari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mátyás Nagy to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Pest Brawlers's Róbert Majoros got a free kick in the 51st minute. After having played for 53 minutes, Gábor Peterdy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ManchesterCity's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gábor Peterdy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 60 played minutes Pest Brawlers got a freekick which was hit by Szilárd Sebők. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Gábor Peterdy managed to get in a good position for a shot. ManchesterCity's supporters rose to their feet, but Gábor Peterdy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lukács Hidegkúti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 69 minutes into the game, Mátyás Nagy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ManchesterCity's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pest Brawlers the free kick. After 69 played minutes ManchesterCity got a freekick which was hit by Mátyás Nagy. Adrián Bihari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domonkos Benedek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute Domonkos Benedek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrián Bihari saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrián Bihari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tibor Virág, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Tibor Virág took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrián Bihari. Adrián Bihari dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tibor Virág in the 81st minute of play forced ManchesterCity's goalkeeper Adrián Bihari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Domonkos Benedek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adrián Bihari was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Domonkos Benedek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrián Bihari having to interfere. After having played for 88 minutes, Tibor Virág managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pest Brawlers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tibor Virág was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 92 played minutes ManchesterCity got a freekick which was hit by Márton Czakó. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pest Brawlers fans cheered their team off the field, for while ManchesterCity had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
