The referee ignored Bakonycsernyei erdész's protests and gave János Fehér a yellow card for diving instead. After 16 played minutes Bakonycsernyei erdész got a freekick which was hit by János Fehér. In the 20th match minute, ManchesterCity was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jácint Dömötör to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, ManchesterCity's Adrián Bihari got control of the ball when Frigyes Miklós tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 30 minutes, Csaba Benkó managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bakonycsernyei erdész's supporters crossed their fingers, but Csaba Benkó was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 33 minutes into the game, Jácint Dömötör was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ManchesterCity's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bakonycsernyei erdész the free kick. After a rather tough play, ManchesterCity's Jácint Dömötör got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Lukács Illés took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gábor Peterdy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the game, Gábor Peterdy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Lukács Illés was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Csaba Benkó was shown his second yellow card after 43 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Csaba Benkó hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mátyás Nagy to strike the kick off in the second half. Mátyás Nagy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Lukács Illés tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Bakonycsernyei erdész's zone, Gábor Peterdy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lukács Illés came out of the goal and Gábor Peterdy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frigyes Miklós in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrián Bihari prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zsolt Havass blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adrián Bihari having to make a save. Jeromos Varga kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Frigyes Miklós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Adrián Bihari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frigyes Miklós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrián Bihari having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Gábor Peterdy managed to get in a good position for a shot. ManchesterCity's supporters rose to their feet, but Gábor Peterdy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lukács Illés breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Bakonycsernyei erdész's Jeromos Varga got a free kick in the 80th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Márton Czakó during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
