In the 12th minute, Bulcsú Benke reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Endre Jósa. The goal made the score 1-1. Endre Jósa came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Sajópálfala FC's Andor Hellinger. But to his dismay, Andor Hellinger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Egon Vermes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olivér Soltész in the 19th minute of play. Egon Vermes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tibor Honti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute Bulcsú Benke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Endre Jósa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bulcsú Benke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Endre Jósa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

In the 56th minute, Imre Vajda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Egon Vermes was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. In the 61st minute, Imre Vajda reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Egon Vermes. The goal made the score 4-3. Egon Vermes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tibor Honti in the 65th minute of the match. Benjámin Bodó fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Endre Jósa having to interfere. Sajópálfala FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Imre Vajda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-4. When Bulcsú Benke came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Sajópálfala FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bulcsú Benke couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Sajópálfala FC's Egon Vermes got control of the ball when Imre Vajda tried to sneak it across the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Sajópálfala FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tibor Honti came free, but Egon Vermes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Heretacskók's Tibor Honti got a free kick in the 92nd minute. 98 minutes into the game, Tibor Honti recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Egon Vermes. Tibor Honti showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-5.
