Sporting SCP's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that He Xing Qiang was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Emesz Barracuda FC's Domingos Distiratsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Endre Földesi in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute Sporting SCP were awarded a corner. György Molnár went to the cornerflag to take it. After 16 minutes Emesz Barracuda FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was György Molnár who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that György Molnár got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Domingos Distiratsu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 17 minutes into the game, Emesz Barracuda FC's Wilfredo Morelo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. István Mester made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. The supporters of Sporting SCP booed when Emesz Barracuda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Morelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute, Jimmy-Floyd Pinezas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. István Mester was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. István Mester stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jimmy-Floyd Pinezas's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 29 minutes into the match, He Xing Qiang had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of István Mester. István Mester took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from He Xing Qiang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. István Mester stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jimmy-Floyd Pinezas's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. With a little luck, Emesz Barracuda FC's Domingos Distiratsu got control of the ball when Csaba Sipos tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-6.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jimmy-Floyd Pinezas made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Roland Takács kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving István Mester. That made the score 1-9 in the 75 minute of play. István Mester took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roland Takács, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Emesz Barracuda FC's Jimmy-Floyd Pinezas in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jimmy-Floyd Pinezas got free with István Mester in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roland Takács received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. István Mester came out and tried to block the shot, but Roland Takács slotted it home off the left post making it 1-10 in the 93rd minute. Emesz Barracuda FC played a much better game than Sporting SCP and deserved their victory. The Sporting SCP players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
