Spectators: 8099 (Terracing: 6076, Seating: 1862, VIP seats: 161) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gyula Szőcs started the match with the kick off. After 10 played minutes Petrivente got a freekick which was hit by Lajos Schmidt. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gyula Szőcs during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lokomotív FC's Gyula Szőcs got a free kick in the 11th minute. A collision led to Petrivente getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. József Szakács hit a great ball. After 18 minutes of play, Lokomotív FC's Sándor Zádori made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ágoston Selymes was left in no man's land by his defense there! József Szakács lost his temper 21 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 21 played minutes Petrivente got a freekick which was hit by József Szakács. 22 minutes into the match, Lokomotív FC's Sándor Sági broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Tamás Bacsó fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Petrivente's protests and gave Tamás Bacsó a yellow card for diving instead. Tamás Bacsó hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when István Dancs got free with Ágoston Selymes in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ágoston Selymes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from István Dancs went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Attila Szűcs made in the 41st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Petrivente's Tamás Bacsó. In the 44th match minute, Lokomotív FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sándor Zádori to maneuver through the defense. 47 minutes into the match, Petrivente's Zoltán Medgyesi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zoltán Magos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zoltán Medgyesi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Lokomotív FC booed when Petrivente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krisztián Edelényi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 52nd minute, István Dancs made a precise shot to the right of Ágoston Selymes. Petrivente's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Petrivente's Ágoston Selymes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frigyes Sinkovits in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Dániel Kántor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zoltán Magos. Dániel Kántor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. 60 minutes into the match, Sándor Zádori notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Petrivente's Ágoston Selymes. Ágoston Selymes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ágoston Selymes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sándor Zádori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Petrivente getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Dániel Sándor hit a great ball. Gyula Szőcs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ágoston Selymes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Sándor Sági hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Zoltán Medgyesi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Zoltán Magos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Lokomotív FC's István Dancs got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 95th match minute, Lokomotív FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tibor Zsinka to maneuver through the defense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Lokomotív FC had played much better football throughout.
