Olivér Vörös received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. István Mester tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. István Mester stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of István Végh's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. István Mester took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from István Végh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Géza Lőrinc's late challenge caught a Sporting SCP's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Géza Lőrinc helped the player get up and apologised. Géza Lőrinc hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Renátó Bogdán hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Olivér Vörös fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without István Mester having to interfere. Csaba Sipos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29thth minute of the game István Végh who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting SCP's István Mester was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Balázs Sóti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without István Mester having to interfere. Olivér Vörös recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Tripolisz-Angyalföld FC. getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Gábor Sebők hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell István Végh to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting SCP's zone, István Végh stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. István Mester came out of the goal and István Végh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 54 minutes into the match, Sporting SCP's goal looked a bit too open when István Végh came free, but István Mester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Endre Veres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Csaba Sipos, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 62 minutes into the game, Szilárd Hellinger cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Endre Veres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 67 minutes into the match, Sporting SCP's goal looked a bit too open when Olivér Vörös came free, but István Mester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute Renátó Bogdán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Endre Veres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tripolisz-Angyalföld FC.'s Károly Paál got a free kick in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Endre Földesi in the 84th minute of play forced Tripolisz-Angyalföld FC.'s goalkeeper Endre Veres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Géza Lőrinc was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 93 minutes had been played. Despite being the better team, Tripolisz-Angyalföld FC. failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
