Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Endre Földesi took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Róbert Sámuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 9 minutes into the game, Endre Földesi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Henrik Szabados was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Csaba Sipos came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Sporting SCP fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Csaba Sipos couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Endre Földesi in the 17th minute of play forced Zalaháshágy LC's goalkeeper Henrik Szabados to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Csaba Sipos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Endre Földesi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrik Szabados having to interfere. Henrik Szabados made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Endre Földesi in the 24th minute of play. After 24 played minutes Zalaháshágy LC got a freekick which was hit by Erik Kovács. István Mester took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from György Hidegkúti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Csaba Sipos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henrik Szabados was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. After 35 played minutes Sporting SCP got a freekick which was hit by Szilárd Hellinger. The long shot by Richárd Szabó in the 36th minute really tested István Mester's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After having played for 37 minutes, Endre Földesi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sporting SCP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Endre Földesi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 39th minute Endre Földesi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrik Szabados saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48th minute György Hidegkúti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but István Mester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Zalaháshágy LC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sporting SCP were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and György Hidegkúti made a kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Csaba Sipos could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Henrik Szabados however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 55 minutes, Endre Földesi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sporting SCP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Endre Földesi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Szilárd Hellinger hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 60th match minute, Sporting SCP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renátó Bogdán to maneuver through the defense. Gusztáv Menyhért kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Henrik Szabados acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 66th minute, took the ball on the long shot from György Molnár. After a rather tough play, Sporting SCP's György Molnár got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute, György Hidegkúti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75th minute György Hidegkúti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but István Mester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute Róbert Sámuel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but István Mester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Csaba Sipos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. György Hidegkúti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When György Hidegkúti came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Zalaháshágy LC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that György Hidegkúti couldn't finish the play.
